How does Letters to the Bride work?

After you order, you receive a private link to share with guests. Each person clicks the link, writes their letter (guided by prompts if needed), and submits it online. You review every letter before anything goes to print. The Printed Letters is then printed on premium cardstock, tied with a satin ribbon, and shipped to you — ready to give the bride before her hen's party or wedding morning.

How much notice do I need?

A minimum of 14 days before the gifting date is required. Most Maid of Honours order 4–8 weeks out so guests have time to write and there's no last-minute chasing. The link closes automatically on your chosen deadline — latecomers won't be included.

Do guests need to download an app or create an account?

No app, no account, no password. Guests click the private link on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop — write their letter, and submit. It takes around 5 minutes.

Can I review the letters before they're finalised?

Yes. You review every letter in your dashboard before anything is locked in. You can flag anything that needs attention. You stay in full control.

How many letters can I collect?

The Printed Letters product includes 40 letters. There's no hard limit — additional letters beyond 40 are charged at $2.50 per extra page. Most orders collect between 15 and 35 letters.

What if guests are overseas or interstate?

The guest link works from anywhere in the world on any device. Guests in the UK, US, or anywhere else can submit their letter just as easily as someone sitting next to you. Letters to the Bride ships the printed parcel Australia-wide.

Is this a good Maid of Honour gift for the bride?
