SHIPPING POLICY
DIGITAL TIER
No shipping required. Your guest link and MOH dashboard are delivered via email within minutes of purchase, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No physical item will be dispatched.
PRINTED LETTERS TIER
Printed letters are produced only after you click "Submit for Printing" inside your MOH dashboard. Production does not begin automatically — you control when printing is triggered.
Production time: 5–10 business days from the date of submission (business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays)
Carrier: Australia Post standard tracked delivery
Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days from submission (metro areas); 12–18 business days (regional and remote areas)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Letters to the Bride offers standard tracked delivery only — express or overnight shipping is not available.
We currently ship to Australian street addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Delivery to PO Boxes is not guaranteed and is attempted at Australia Post's discretion — we strongly recommend providing a street address.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address is captured at checkout and is your responsibility to enter correctly. If you need to update your address after purchase, you must contact us at before submitting for printing. Once production has begun, we are unable to redirect or reship to a new address. No refund or replacement will be issued for items delivered to, or returned from, an incorrectly entered address.
EVENT DATES & DELIVERY TIMING
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to allow sufficient time for production and delivery before their event date. Letters to the Bride strongly recommends submitting for printing no later than 21 days before your event.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Letters to the Bride accepts no liability for printed letters that do not arrive before a wedding, hen's night, or any other event date. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation where delivery has been delayed due to Australia Post transit times, remote delivery locations, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect addresses, or failure to submit for printing with adequate lead time.
If you are concerned about timing, please contact us at before submitting and we will advise on the best course of action.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and arrange to receive the parcel. A delivery scan by Australia Post constitutes proof of delivery. Letters to the Bride accepts no liability for parcels confirmed as delivered by Australia Post tracking, including items that are subsequently lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
FAILED DELIVERY & UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel and leaves a collection card, it is your responsibility to collect the parcel from your local post office within the timeframe specified by Australia Post. Letters to the Bride accepts no liability for parcels that are returned to sender or destroyed due to non-collection.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipment will incur an additional shipping fee payable by the customer before the parcel is resent.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your printed letters arrive physically damaged due to transit, you must:
- Photograph the damage clearly, including the outer packaging
- Email within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Include your order number and a brief description of the damage
Claims submitted after 5 days of the confirmed delivery date, or without photographic evidence of both the damage and the original packaging, will not be accepted. Letters to the Bride reserves the right to assess all damage claims and determine whether damage occurred in transit before issuing a replacement.
Approved claims will receive a reprint and reship at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds for damaged items — replacement only.
LOST PARCELS
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds until an Australia Post investigation has been completed and the parcel officially confirmed as lost. Letters to the Bride accepts no liability for delays incurred during the Australia Post investigation process.
CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Letters to the Bride accepts no liability for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, industrial action, pandemics, carrier network disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions.
